1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fairline AI Suite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fairline AI Suite is an AI visibility analytics platform that helps businesses track and analyze how they appear in AI-generated responses across various AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

The Service includes:

  • Website crawling and analysis
  • AI prompt generation and testing
  • Visibility tracking and reporting
  • Competitor analysis
  • Improvement recommendations

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we terminate it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided by posting on the Service or via email.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may modify or terminate free trials at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fairline Agency and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI platforms (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service. AI visibility rankings and recommendations are based on our analysis but are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIRLINE AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fairline Agency and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
